前天的紐約大遊行中除了有兩對男同志警察求婚之外，也有一對女同志消防員－朱莉安娜與艾瑞卡，締下婚姻承諾。
茱莉安娜說：「這場遊行對我們來說非常重要，因為奧蘭多攻擊事件才剛發生，它距離我們的家很近。」「我們想要走上街頭向49位受害者致敬。同時，我也想要給艾瑞卡一些正面的東西來記得這場遊行。」
#愛能夠擊退恐同
“This parade is monumental for us because of the Orlando shooting. It hit really close to home. We wanted to walk in the parade in honor of the 49 victims. At the same time, I wanted to give Erika something positive to remember from the parade,” said FDNY EMT Julianna Arroyo, from Station 20 in the Bronx, who, along with the help of family members, proposed to now-fiancée FDNY EMT Erika Marrero at today’s #NYCPride March.
